Of course! We love when people visit our community.
We just ask that you schedule an appointment, so we can guarantee that one of our amazing Growth and Development Team members is available to give you their undivided attention. And you can schedule that appointment… HERE!
The Launch Factory is here for you and your choice of work style. Members receive a code for building entry and digital keys to all our facilities. You can come and go as you please and access to our space daily from 6:00 am – 12:00 am.
Day passes require 24-hours advanced notice and are granted access for one full day.
It’s really a bit all eclectic, which we love. Startups, non-profits, branch offices of large companies, small business, remote workers, and solo entrepreneurs. They’re all here, and you should be too!
We understand, when it comes to business, time is money. Meetings, calls, webinars – they are all part of daily life. The good news is, we’re all here for the same thing… to do quality business in a great environment. Which means, there’s going to be conversations and people are used to it. However; if you’re looking for a bit more privacy, we encourage you to hop into one of our many privacy booths or collaboration areas and chat till your heart is content!

Our team is here for you, in person throughout the week and always just a text or call away after hours and on weekends.
Membership to The Launch Factory is all-inclusive. Wi-Fi, general utilities, printing, parking… it’s all free. Heck, so is the coffee! Just bring your gear and set-up shop, we’ve got you covered.
** Private office rentals also include a monthly allotment of conference room hours and after hours event credit. Contact our Growth and Development Team for more details.
We proudly offer a fantastic fiber connection as our primary source with a secondary service in place to provide a consistent fail-safe should the fiber line ever be interrupted. Our primary service speeds offer 500 Mbp down x 100 Mbps up. With our wireless technology being 802.11 ac Wave 2 (2.4 & 5 GHz) 3×3 MIMO which is capable of up to 1.3 Gbps speed. And all of that is supported by SecurEdge Networks and their amazing engineers… which means quality service and immediate troubleshooting should the need arise!
Meeting and Event Space

Whether you’re looking for an intimate room to meet with your team or host your next group training – we have a space for you.
Space prices vary based on room availability, the number of people you are looking to accommodate, and the day/time you are looking to have the event. We also offer discounted rates for our members and for non-profit organizations.

Every meeting of the minds needs fuel! Coffee is always available, and free, in our cafe area. And we do offer snacks, on a donation basis.
However; if you’re looking for something more substantial you are welcome to bring in the catering of your choice (or ask one of our team members for a great suggestion). We only ask that you keep the meeting space and common space clean and free of any trash when you leave.
Each of our meeting spaces comes equipped with white-board space and digital projection. Our training center has a wall-sized projection screen, while each of our conference rooms supports at 72″ HDTV. HDMI cable and Sharelink connections are available in each. However; we always encourage our guests to bring any specific adaptors that your particular laptop may need.
Your reserved time should start at the time you need to setup and run through the time that you will be done cleaning up. While you and your guests are always welcome to enjoy the community space once your event is complete, reserved room space does bill by the hour.
The Studio. Video and Podcasting
The Studio is coming soon!
The latest addition to our community expansion, this video, and podcasting studio will be fully equipped to meet your needs. So stay tuned as we open it to the public in late June 2019!
The Studio is open to the public and to our members alike!
However; in order to ensure a quality experience and technical support should the need arise – The Studio is not open to the public after hours or on weekends.
Hourly rate for use of The Studio is $45 per hour for the general public, $20 per hour for our Launch Factory Members.

We have one goal in mind as we design The Studio: create a space that is easy to use and helps you create the best video and podcasting experience! Our design team comes from years of video and audio background – and while we haven’t picked out every piece of equipment quite yet… you can rest assured that we are choosing only the best quality with an ease of use you won’t regret!

Yes! While we plan to have the studio fully equipped for recording at least three people, we know that sometimes your guests are unable to join you or from out of town. So we plan to provide the cords that plug directly into your cellphone and allow you to hear them on the headsets for high quality recording.
