The company is a privately-funded insulation company that has finished its R&D phase and is looking to sell the company to one of several major building products companies. Their innovative and patented insulation material is manufactured from recycled plastics and can be produced in either loose fill or batts giving the firm a sizeable competitive advantage.
Qualifications
The company is seeking a highly skilled President to develop and execute the company's strategic priorities. The selected candidate will have excellent business acumen and financial aptitude and; extensive senior experience in M&A activities. The successful candidate will have a senior management history in the building products sector, and bring excellent communication and consultative skills to an aggressive, successful start-up.
Duration and location
Full-time, permanent. The company's head office is in GTA, Ontario, with extensive travel to customer locations across North America.
Compensation plan
Compensation consists of a competitive base and commission structure. This is a non-capped plan.

The selected candidate will have excellent business acumen and financial aptitude; extensive senior experience across the spectrum of management disciplines; demonstrated ability to achieve results and develop close relationships with the company's partners, customers, and resellers. The successful candidate will have a senior management history in the software/ IT sectors, and bring excellent communication and consultative skills to an aggressive, successful technology start-up.
Duration and location
Full-time, permanent. Any major center in the Northeast US and Eastern Canada would be a suitable locale, with regular travel to the company's head office in Ottawa, Ontario.
