Their innovative software as a service (SaaS) and client server solutions allow employers to comply with Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) legislation, and to tightly manage their employees absences. Qualifications The company is seeking a highly skilled CEO to develop and execute the company's strategic priorities. The selected candidate will have excellent business acumen and financial aptitude; extensive senior experience across the spectrum of management disciplines; demonstrated ability to achieve results and develop close relationships with the company's partners, customers, and resellers. The successful candidate will have a senior management history in the software/ IT sectors, and bring excellent communication and consultative skills to an aggressive, successful technology start-up. Duration and location Full-time, permanent. Any major center in the Northeast US and Eastern Canada would be a suitable locale, with regular travel to the company's head office in Ottawa, Ontario. Compensation plan Compensation consists of a competitive base and commission structure. This is a non-capped plan.
